Cohen & Steers Large Cap Value strategy targets the common stock of companies with a pattern of increasing dividends. Our objective is to generate capital appreciation and dividend income and to outperform the U.S. large cap equity market. In focusing on dividend growers, we employ a process that orients us to higher quality businesses.

It is our belief that rising dividends are a strong indicator of management’s confidence in their continuing ability to generate consistent cash flows. Income-oriented investors who value rising dividends may also enjoy the potential for capital appreciation with relatively less volatility than other equity strategies.
