Our firm is headquartered in New York City, where we have more than 100 employees, including investments professionals, our sales and marketing teams, as well as our operations, finance and legal departments. New York is also home to our investment committee, which oversees all client portfolios. In addition, our global real estate securities and utilities investment teams are primarily located in New York. Our New York-based investment professionals conduct extensive fundamental research, while also leveraging insights from our offices located around the world.

Seattle
Our large cap value equity team is based in Seattle, conducting bottom-up fundamental research to build portfolios of common and preferred stocks that pay a high level of dividends. Led by Richard Helm, our Seattle staff covers all equity sectors, including Financial Services, Consumer Cyclical, Energy and Healthcare.

Brussels
The Brussels real estate securities team, together with our analysts in London, covers the United Kingdom and the continental European real estate securities markets. Joseph Houlihan, CEO of Europe and Gerios Rovers, CIO of Europe, oversee the Brussels office and work directly with the global real estate securities teams in New York, London, and Hong Kong.

London
The London research team, together with our analysts in Brussels, covers the United Kingdom and the European real estate securities markets. Leonard Geiger, CFA, director of European real estate securities research in our London office, works directly with the global real estate securities research teams in New York, Brussels and Hong Kong.

Hong Kong
The analysts in our Hong Kong office focus on Asia/Pacific real estate securities research, supporting our global real estate securities team in New York. Led by Derek Cheung, our Hong Kong staff covers a wide range of Asia/Pacific markets, including Japan, China, Hong Kong and Singapore.
