David Edlin, senior vice president and national sales manager, directs the sales and distribution of Cohen & Steers products through the broker/dealer channel. He has 24 years of experience. Prior to joining Cohen & Steers in 2009, Mr. Edlin served as national sales director with AllianceBernstein Investments and Scudder Investments/Deutsche Asset Management. Previously, he was head of European distribution with Putnam Investments. Mr. Edlin has a BS degree from Georgetown University and is based in New York.


Frank Zukowski, senior vice president and RIA sales director, oversees the sales and distribution of Cohen & Steers funds to registered investment advisors nationally. He has 20 years of experience. Prior to joining Cohen & Steers in 2002, Mr. Zukowski held various sales and marketing positions at Merrill Lynch for 12 years. Mr. Zukowski earned a BS degree from Rutgers University and is based in New York.


Terrance Ober , senior vice president, is the portfolio specialist for Cohen & Steers’ investment portfolios. He has 21 years of industry experience. Prior to joining the firm in October 1998, Mr. Ober was a regional marketing director at WNC & Associates where he was responsible for distribution of real estate tax credit investments for the northeast region. He also worked for Boston Financial and Winthrop Financial, both Boston based real estate investment firms. Mr. Ober has a BS degree from Babson College. He is based in New York.
