William J. Frischling, executive vice president and director of institutional client service, oversees client service for institutional clients globally. Prior to joining Cohen & Steers in 1999, Mr. Frischling was a senior relationship manager at Warburg Pincus Asset Management for 11 years. Mr. Frischling earned a BA degree from Wesleyan University.

Nancy Norton, senior vice president and institutional client service officer, manages institutional client relationships in the U.S. Prior to joining Cohen & Steers in 2006, Ms. Norton was a senior relationship manager with Deutsche Asset Management and J.P. Morgan Asset Management. Ms. Norton earned a BA degree from St. John's University.
