Cohen & Steers Announces Preliminary Assets Under Management and Net Flows For December 2021
New York, NY, January 10, 2022—Cohen & Steers, Inc. (NYSE: CNS) today reported
preliminary assets under management of $106.6 billion as of December 31, 2021, an increase
of $6.4 billion from assets under management at November 30, 2021. The increase was due to
net inflows of $1.5 billion and market appreciation of $6.1 billion, partially offset by distributions
of $1.2 billion.
