Edmond D. Villani

Edmond D. Villani served as vice chairman of Deutsche Asset Management, North America until December 31, 2005. Between 1997 and 2002 he was chief executive officer of Scudder, Stevens & Clark, Inc. and its successor entities. Dr. Villani is the former chairman of the board of Georgetown University and a former trustee of the Colonial Williamsburg Foundation, where he served as chair of the investment committee. Dr. Villani has a BA degree in mathematics from Georgetown University and a Ph.D. degree in economics from the University of Pennsylvania.
