Cohen & Steers Announces Preliminary Assets Under Management and Net Flows For April 2022
New York, NY, May 9, 2022—Cohen & Steers, Inc. (NYSE: CNS) today reported preliminary
assets under management of $98.0 billion as of April 30, 2022, a decrease of $4.1 billion from
assets under management at March 31, 2022. The decrease was due to market depreciation of
$3.9 billion and distributions of $188 million, partially offset by net inflows of $3 million.
