Cohen & Steers Announces Preliminary Assets Under Management and Net Flows for August 2025
New York, NY, September 9, 2025—Cohen & Steers, Inc. (NYSE: CNS) today reported preliminary assets under management of $90.4 billion as of August 31, 2025, an increase of $1.8 billion from assets under management of $88.6 billion at July 31, 2025. The increase was due to market appreciation of $1.8 billion and net inflows of $104 million, partially offset by distributions of $151 million.
