Mr. Zdolshek has over 20 years of experience in real estate consulting, investment banking and private equity real estate fund investments. Before joining IDR as Portfolio Manager, Mr. Zdolshek served as Managing Director for Courtland Partners, Ltd., one of the largest real estate consulting companies in the United States. Mr. Zdolshek has spoken at a number of real estate seminars and is a member of PREA and former Advisory Board Member of IREI. He holds a B.A. in Business Administration from Baldwin Wallace University.
