Seth Laughlin, Senior Vice President, is Head of Real Estate Strategy & Research, responsible for identifying allocation opportunities in both listed and private real estate and related thematic and strategic research. Prior to joining the firm in 2025, Mr. Laughlin held various roles at Green Street, serving most recently as Head of U.S. Market Research. Previously, he was an institutional REIT sector specialist at Merrill Lynch and a REIT analyst at ISI. Mr. Laughlin has a BA from the University of North Carolina and is based in New York.
